As your coach, I'll provide encouragement, accountability, and a judgment-free space for you to disrupt your cycle and rebuild your life. In our sessions, we will work on 3 Core Areas.

Disrupt and Break the Cycle of Unwanted Sexual Behavior
In this phase, not only will you learn invaluable tools to help you disrupt your addictive cycle, you will also receive the support and insight from a trained coach to help you establish a life free of unwanted sexual behavior.

Understand & Heal from the Roots of Your Unwanted Sexual Behavior
Unresolved pain is the hidden force behind addiction. In this phase, we will "get under the hood" and discover the reasons behind your addiction. I'll lead you through a path of understanding how your past has affected your present and how to heal from the pain the past.
Build Healthy Relationships
The goal isn't merely to get you to stop doing bad things but to learn to live life as it was meant to be lived. Emotional Intimacy is the antidote to unwanted compulsive sexual behavior. In this phase, you will learn the skills to develop authentic, emotionally connected relationships.

"After 35+ years of pornography addiction, I contacted David. Now I'm closing in on a year of sobriety. For me, the main reason his coaching has worked is that he addresses the issues that led me down the path to addiction. Rather than putting a bandage on the problem he teaches and guides you through the process of removing the emotional scar tissue so you can learn who you really are."
- Male Client, 48 years old.
I thought that my addiction to porn was a physical struggle that I just couldnt seem to get the upper hand on. However, I quickly realized, though David's coaching, that my real struggle wasn't physical, but spiritual. My struggle is with the constant shame and worthlessness that I carry. By addressing that, I was able to find some kind of value in myself. No longer being addicted to porn is just the result of gaining ground against my shame, and accepting that God loves me for nothing other than the fact that I am his child.
