Healing Happens Together
Many men try to overcome sexual struggles alone. The Journey offers a different path. Based on Jay Stringer's Unwanted, this group combines community, accountability, reflection, and practical recovery tools to help men pursue lasting change.
It's often said that the opposite of addiction is connection. More than behavior management, this group is about understanding your story, breaking isolation, and learning how to build honest connections with yourself and others.

Meet Your Guide
I've spent more than 25 years in ministry, and the last four years helping men navigate pornography, sexual addiction, infidelity, and recovery.
As a Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional (PSAP) trained through IITAP and Jay Stringer's Unwanted model, I believe lasting change happens when men understand their story, stop hiding, and learn to walk alongside others pursuing the same freedom.
It would be an honor to walk this journey with you.
David Fritch
"After 35+ years of pornography addiction, I contacted David. Now I'm closing in on a year of sobriety. For me, the main reason his coaching has worked is that he addresses the issues that led me down the path to addiction. Rather than putting a bandage on the problem he teaches and guides you through the process of removing the emotional scar tissue so you can learn who you really are."
- Male Client, 48 years old.
I thought that my addiction to porn was a physical struggle that I just couldnt seem to get the upper hand on. However, I quickly realized, though David's coaching, that my real struggle wasn't physical, but spiritual. My struggle is with the constant shame and worthlessness that I carry. By addressing that, I was able to find some kind of value in myself. No longer being addicted to porn is just the result of gaining ground against my shame, and accepting that God loves me for nothing other than the fact that I am his child.
