My journey as a therapist began with my own personal healing, so I am aware of how difficult finding the right “fit” can be. Trust me when I say I take my role seriously and know it often takes all your courage to reach out and how vulnerable it is to let someone in that space. I will hold that space with you, feel with you, sometimes cry with you and walk with you through each step of this process.  I am may not always get it right, but I will show up and bring all who I am to our counseling appointment 

I will challenge you to face your fears, address denial, and help you find the freedom and wholeness you are desperately longing for. You will find me to be your greatest fan and cheerleader.  I have walked with hundreds of individuals and couples; there is hope. Your pain does not need to be your lifelong companion.

Together we will learn how to navigate unhealthy patterns of thought, address sexual dysfunction and desire, connect to broken and lost places in your heart, recovery form the devestation of betrayal and lean into the uncomfortable parts of the past. I will help you find purpose for your pain and give you tools to overcome it.
